The Medical Microbiology Laboratory performs all types of microbiological tests on human clinical material. The Medical Microbiology Laboratory is the only accredited laboratory in Latvia that tests water for Legionella. The laboratory has established close cooperation with hospitals, outpatient medical facilities and individual practitioners.
