Bior invites a legal advisor of the Legal Department to the team

Requirements:

  • higher education in law;
  • good knowledge of the national language – according to C1 level
  • knowledge of the English language is desirable (oral and written skills – for information acquisition and communication);
  • good computer skills (MS Office standard programs);
  • analytical thinking and the ability to independently plan and organize one’s work, communication skills;
  • high sense of responsibility and accuracy;
  • experience in solving legal issues and preparing documents in the field of real estate, incl. in construction, management, in the process of acquiring property rights and property expropriation;
  • experience in preparing public procurement documents, working with the Electronic Procurement System and the Publication Management System.

Pienākumi:

  • preparation of various types of legal document projects;
  • solving legal issues in the field of real estate, incl. in construction, management, operation;
  • representation of the institute’s interests, incl. within legal proceedings; 
  • preparation of documentation (regulations, protocols, decisions, reports, letters) necessary for the organization of procurement in accordance with the requirements of regulatory acts;
  • fulfilling the duties of secretary of procurement commissions;
  • development of internal regulatory acts of the institute.
