On January 1, 2019, the BIOR institute, in cooperation with the National Agency for Education Development (SEDA), launched a research application No. 1.1.1.2/VIAA/2/18/247 ” Ultra-high-resolution mass spectrometry as an effective tool for the analysis of food contamination: development of new analytical methods and application to real samples”. The project is implemented by leading researcher Dzintars Zacs.
During the reference period from 01.07.2021 to 30.09.2021 a scientific manuscript on determination of chlorinated alkanes in baby food was finalized and submitted for publication. Observed results were presented in the frame of international conference “The 8th International Conference on Analytical Chemistry and Chromatographic Methods”.
Cooperation institution SEDA. Project duration is 36 months. The total cost of the project is EUR 133 805.88, of which 85% (EUR 113 734.98) is the European Regional Development Fund.
