Institute of Food Safety, Animal Health and Environment “BIOR” signed an agreement on the European Social Fund project no. 2013/0016/1DP/1.1.1.2.0/13/APIA/VIAA/055 "Establishment of a Group on Chemical and Biological Pollution of Inland Fish Resources"

On September 26, Institute “BIOR” has signed an agreement with the Ministry of Education and Science of the State Education and Development Agency on the activities of the European Social Fund Operational Program “Human Resources and Employment” Appendix 1.1.1.2. Involvement of Human Resources in Science ”in the second project application selection round approved project Nr. 2013/0016 / 1DP / 1.1.1.2.0 / 13 / APIA / VIAA / 055 "Establishment of a Group on Chemical and Biological Pollution of Inland Fish Resources".

The overall objective of the project is to promote the attraction of additional human resources to science by forming scientific groups that attract young scientists, foreign scientists and re-migrant scientists for scientific and research work.

The project implementation period runs from September 2, 2013 to August 31, 2015.

The total eligible costs of the project are 349 999.00 LVL, including ESF financing of 323 644.00 LVL, state budget financing is 25 305.00 LVL and the financing of the institute is 1050 LVL.
